AI League

Community Guidelines

Version 1.1 · Effective 13 August 2026

AI League is small and it's built around a real subject. Most of what makes it good is that people here are actually interested in the thing. These Guidelines exist to keep it that way.

They cover everything you make visible on AI League: your handle, your avatar, your profile, and anything you send us through Help & Support.

What we expect

Play straight. Be decent to people who beat you. Let people learn in public without being made to feel stupid about it.

What isn't allowed

Cheating. The biggest one, because it's the one that actually takes something from other players. Multiple accounts. Bots, scripts, emulators, automation. Looking up answers mid-contest. Passing answers to anyone. Coordinating rankings. Posting live questions anywhere while the contest is running. See clause 8 of the Terms.

Impersonation. Your handle and avatar must not pass you off as someone else, as a company, or as AI League staff or admin. Fan handles and obvious jokes are fine. Anything designed to make someone believe you are a person you aren't, is not.

Harassment. Targeting, following, or repeatedly contacting someone to make them uncomfortable. Abuse about how someone plays. Attacks based on caste, religion, region, language, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other part of who someone is. Sharing anyone's personal details — phone number, address, workplace, anything — without their consent.

Hate speech. Slurs. Dehumanising language. Calls for exclusion or violence against any group.

Sexual content. No sexual or suggestive imagery in avatars or profiles. No sexual harassment of any user. Anything sexualising a minor gets an immediate permanent ban and a report to the authorities. There is no process and no appeal for this one.

Violence and criminality. Threats. Glorifying violence or extremism. Promoting or facilitating anything illegal.

Betting and money gaming. Do not use AI League to advertise, link to, recruit for, or promote betting, gambling, or real-money gaming platforms — under the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 that promotion is itself unlawful, and it will get you removed immediately.

Scams and spam. Phishing. Fake prize claims. Anyone asking for your OTP is a scammer — including anyone claiming to be us. Don't run schemes, don't harvest users, don't spam Help & Support.

Other people's work. Don't use an avatar you don't have the rights to. Don't take our questions.

Misinformation. Don't post fake AI League announcements, fake results, or fake prize news.

How we enforce

Three steps, for most breaches:

  • First — a warning, in-app and by email.
  • Second — a temporary restriction on the features involved.
  • Third — suspension, or a permanent ban.

Straight to a ban, no steps: anything sexualising a minor; credible threats of violence; serious or repeated cheating; scams targeting other users.

We may also void scores, remove leaderboard entries, and withhold or reclaim prizes.

Reporting and appeals

Report anything through Help & Support → Write to Us, or block the user directly from their profile. Tell us what happened and where — a handle and a screenshot is usually enough.

If you think we got it wrong, appeal within 30 days through Help & Support. A human reads it.

We may use a mix of automated detection and human review. Automated detection flags; a human decides on bans.
